Tuition & Fees

Little Beginnings offers competitive tuition rates for its full-day early-childhood program. Over 82% of our families’ tuition dollars goes to teacher salaries and benefits to ensure that LB can attract and retain top talent.

Application/Waitlist Fee

At the time of application/wait list submission, all parents of prospective students will be required to pay a one-time, non-refundable, and non-transferable application fee* of $100 per child. Families will be called or emailed annually in the spring, either with an offer of enrollment or with an update on their position on the waiting list.

Enrollment Fees

Enrollment fees* are paid at initial enrollment, and for annual re-enrollment each August. Enrollment fees are charged for the September-to-August school year, and cannot be prorated for part-year attendance. Initial enrollment fees include a two-week advance tuition deposit, as well as an annual registration fee of $170 per child, and an annual co-op fee of $150 per family.

Fundraising

All families are required to provide a yearly donation of $300 for school improvements, which is tax-deductible. Families are also encouraged, but not required, to participate in any fundraisers that may be organized by the Fundraising Chair of the Board of Directors.

Note: Transitions between classrooms typically occur over the summer months before the new year starts in September. Occasionally, a transition may occur over winter break.

Other Costs

Little Beginnings makes an effort to help busy parents by setting up classroom shares for supplies such as wipes and sunscreen. Classroom ambassadors handle the purchasing of such supplies, and families who wish to participate share the cost.

*Fees and tuition are set annually by the Board as part of the budget process. All prices are effective from September 2024 to August 2025.
