Professional Development
We believe in the value of ongoing training and education for our employees. Employees are encouraged to attend classes and workshops and to participate in other professional activities. Reimbursement for professional development is available. We also offer a scholarship program to help with the cost of tuition for coursework in degree programs related to early childhood education.
Qualifications
Lead Teacher/Teacher
1) College degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development or a related field;
2) Associate’s degree in Child Development and two years’ experience in a child care center setting, or;
3) A Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate and four years’ experience in a child care center setting.
Assistant Teacher
Minimum two years’ experience in a child care program, high school diploma or equivalent, coursework in early child development.
