We incorporate family rituals and routines throughout our day to help our youngest students feel safe and have fun.

  • Brown Bears (1-year-olds)

Our curriculum is child-led and immersive. Teachers will use your child’s strengths and interests to help them develop new skills.

  • Sun Bears (1-year-olds)

We believe in a nurturing environment that also focuses on developing confidence and independence.

  • Polar Bear Classroom

    Polar Bears (2-year-olds)

At LB children are provided with a variety of materials that they are free to explore and manipulate while using their own language to describe what they are doing.

  • Panda Bears (2-year-olds)

Our play-based curriculum is more than just play. Teachers intentionally create early learning experience based on children’s passions to develop academic skills.

  • Grizzly Bears (Pre-school)

The most important skills learned in pre-school are about building relationships, following directions and self expression.

Meet the LB School Family

We believe that “play is the business of childhood.

All of our teachers are trained in Conscious Discipline and play-based education. We offer ongoing training and professional development for our employees, and our low child-to-teacher ratio allows for individualized attention and a caring, empowering environment.
