Routine Reminders for Parents…

A couple of routine reminders as we all get back into the swing of things after a week away from LB:

• Sign your child in and out on the attendance sheet every day. You must note the time and your initials; write legibly. This is our legal record of taking responsibility for the safety of your children. We also analyze the attendance sheets periodically to ensure we have adequate staffing patterns to maintain required ratios.
• Return your child’s clean cot sheet and blanket every week. Licensing requires that cots have linens consisting of a top cover and a bottom cover. We have a limited supply of extras so it is helpful that you remember to bring them in.

Glider Needed For Infant Room

We are in the market for a new glider rocker for our infant room. Before we go furniture shopping, we thought we’d ask if anyone has one to donate. Gently used is fine, but it must be in good condition. Please email Mandy if you have one.

Staffing Update

We are happy to welcome Helena Billington to our school family for the next couple of weeks. She is home on winter break from college where she is minoring in education. Helena is working with the Explorer team while Grace is enjoying a vacation in Egypt!

LB Board Meeting

Parents are welcome to attend the monthly Board meeting on Monday, December 19th at 7:30 p.m. We will meet in Room 206 here at CUMC. We usually provide a pizza dinner for those in attendance, so please email Mandy if you plan to attend so that we order enough.
